Booking & payment

Rides are booked through GetYourGuide and paid by PayPal or in cash. GetYourGuide's own terms and conditions apply to every booking made there.

You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the ride starts and get a full refund. If you cancel later than that, or don't show up, the price is not refunded. Bookings made through GetYourGuide are cancelled there.

If we have to cancel, for example because of weather, safety concerns or a breakdown, we offer you a new date or a full refund.

Route & schedule changes

The route on this site is our classic loop. Traffic, weather and police closures can change the route at short notice. Police sometimes close Daikoku PA on busy nights; if that happens, we switch to another spot around Tokyo Bay.

Safety & conduct

Guests wear their seatbelts and follow the driver's instructions throughout the ride. Smoking is not allowed in the cars.

The driver may refuse to take guests who are intoxicated or who behave unsafely.

Age & group size

Guests must be at least 18 years old. Children can ride only together with a parent.

Up to 3 guests per car.

Photos & video

Photos and videos are allowed during the ride.

Liability & insurance

Tokyo R34 Experience is liable for damage it causes intentionally or through negligence, as provided by Japanese law. The cars carry the compulsory automobile liability insurance required in Japan.

Please look after your personal belongings: we are not liable for their loss or damage unless we caused it. We recommend travel insurance.

Privacy

This site sets no cookies and uses no tracking. Instagram, WhatsApp and GetYourGuide handle their own data when you use them.

The site is hosted by Netlify, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the pages.
